Job Description:
•Assign patients to nurses, and evaluate the nurse’s monthly performance as per KPIs
•Ensure adherence to all relevant Nursing standards and report any instances of violation to the higher management
•Maintain quality assurance of Nursing documentation and confidentiality of client records
•Inform the patient’s family members about medical procedures and doctor’s instructions.
Degree: Bachelor in Nursing License: Dubai Health Authority (DHA licensed)/HAAD
Experience: At least 2-3 years experience in Hospita with good managerial skills.
