· Accommodate visitors, clients, and suppliers.

· Preparing and circulating Memos to each department.
· Arrange courier deliveries.
· Maintains attendance reports, leave records, and trip records.
· Ensures that HR files and records are maintained and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
· Editing, printing, and bookbinding of company manuals.
· Making monthly salary (WPS) in a timely manner
· In-charge of the petty cash funds, managing and maintaining office budgets
· In-charge of paying bills such as Etisalat, DEWA, and all other utility payments
· In-charge of preparing Invoi to Client.
· In-charge of preparing the Vat summary report
· Prepares required documents for annual Financial report
· Act as Secretary to the managing partner
· Assist with administrative tasks and provide research and administrative support to all departments and individual, where necessary
- Female candidate with at least 2-3 years experience as an office administrator.
- Experience in Accountancy is a bonus.
