-Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
-Responsible for reminding meetings and scheduled events.
-Submit office expense reports.
-Keep employee records (physical and digital).
-Develop and Maintain a filing system.
-Handling basic office tasks, such as filing, delivering mail, answering emails and phone calls, and data entry.
-Coordinating schedules and managing calendars for multiple parties to ensure that activities are properly arranged with no conflicts.
-Making travel arrangements and preparing doents, presentation materials, and facilities for meetings.
-Greeting office visitors and directing them to the appropriate parties.
-To prepare and serve drinks to all visitors for meetin, as requested.
-To report any defect of equipment, furniture or fitting in the pantries or other office area to Immediate Supervisor.
-To ensure tidiness and cleanliness of workstation, pantries and pantry appliances at all times.
Job Requirements:
-Degree in business administration or a relevant field is preferred.
-At 1 year's experience in administrative services or related fields.
-Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
-Proactive, organized approach to multitasking.
-Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
-Professional appearance, courteous manner, and clear, friendly phone voice.
-Understanding of accounting principles and book keeping may be required.
-Knowledge in Microsoft Office to a great extent.
