Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
Handle calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally
Maintain records, files, and databases
Coordinate with agents, clients, and external partners
Prepare doents, reports, and contracts
Support management with general office duties
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as an office admin in Abu Dhabi
Experience in a real estate company is required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work independently
Knowledge of UAE real estate processes is an advantage
