Maintain effective communication with team members and external contacts.
Office Organization:
Keep the office space organized and presentable.
Order and maintain office supplies as needed.
Scheduling:
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Manage calendars and ensure timely reminders.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records and files.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
Assistance to Management:
Provide support to executives and managers as needed.
Assist in special projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:
