Job Description

We are looking to hire Receptionist Admin Assistant (Female) with minimum 1 years of experience into similar background.

Job Responsibilities:

Screening phone calls & customer enquiries and transfer calls to intended parties
Handle all incoming /outgoing doents / courier
Booking of meeting rooms
Posting of daily mails and collection of daily mails and distribute to various department
Attend to visitors- serve drinks
Monitor all stationeries and pantry stocks
Order and Manage the Office Stationery supplies
Provide general offi duties and assist various departments in the administrative job, such as typing, copying, scanning, filing, data entry, etc.
Update all workers’ attendance record
Coordinate for all office daily task
Perform other duties as instructed by the Administration Manager which contribute to the effective office management of the company.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior
Requirements:

Excellent, administrative skills including the ability to identify administrative needs and develop and maintain appropriate systems to meet them.
Experience of managing and planning projects, conferences, and events.
Ability to take accurate minutes, including being able to interpret and sum up complex discussions concisely.
Ability to draft routine correspondence and reports.
Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
Good negotiation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including diplomacy.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
