Job Summary: The Office Boy will be responsible for performing various administrative and support tasks to help ensure the smooth running of the office. This role includes maintaining cleanliness, assisting with office supplies, and providing support to staff as needed. The ideal candidate will be dependable, hardworking, and have a positive attitude toward performing routine tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain the cleanliness of the office, including sweeping, dusting, and arranging the office space.
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms and ensuring they are clean and organized before and after use.
Manage the office pantry, including maintaining inventory and restocking supplies.
Deliver and collect doents, parcels, and mail to and from clients, departments, or vendors.
Assist in photocopying, filing, and other general office tasks as required.
Ensure office equipment is functioning properly and notify the relevant department for repairs or maintenance.
Help with arranging transport for employees or clients as required.
Assist with minor errands and administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, but not mandatory.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting and carrying office supplies.
Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude.
Knowledge of office cleaning and maintenance processes is a plus.
