Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness of the office (desks, floors, meeting rooms, reception area).
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Assist in preparing simple breakfast items when required.
Handle photocopying, printing, scanning, and filing of doents.
Assist with basic kitchen duties (washing dishes, maintaining pantry).
Support administrative team with small tasks (doent delivery, organizing files).
Ensure all office supplies (tea, coffee, water, stationery) are stocked.
Run small errands inside or outside the office when needed.
Report any maintenance or repair needs.
