Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain cleanliness of office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and restrooms.
2. Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
3. Deliver and collect doents, parcels, and office supplies as required.
4. Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and other basic office tasks.
5. Monitor and replenish pantry, cleaning, and office supplies.
6. Support office setup for meetings and events.
7. Handle banking, courier, and other external errands when required.
8. Dispose of waste and ensure proper hygiene standards are maintained.
9. Report maintenance issues or shortages to the supervisor.
10. Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications:
1. High school education or equivalent preferred.
2. Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
3. Basic reading and communication skills.
4. Physically fit and able to perform routine office duties.
