COORDINATOR JOB DESCRIPTION
• Assist & Support the smooth running of the day-to-day operations
• Acts as Liaison between Department Head and other executive business individual, Clients, Suppliers and etc.
• Reporting and assisting the Department Head
• Monitor the calendars of the team and report to Department Head
• Collection and submit weekly and monthly report of the team’s tasks.
• Organizing and archiving files for easy retrieval.
• Strategically mold and prepare a business plan, business proposal
and business agreements.
• Draft minutes of the meeting; Board and Shareholder’s Resolution
• Any other ad hoc tasks
• Archive and safeguard all important doents to ensure an up to date
record; Safe keeping of the Incorporation doents
• Process legal share transfe amendment of the companies,
compliance of other legal doentations.
• Hot Booking, confirmation & amendments, VIP Airport handling
• Manage requirement of company stationery and keep record of inventory.
