Job Description

Nokione is looking for a highly organized Office Coordinator to join its team at JAFZA Free Zone, Dubai. The selected candidate will coordinate daily office operations, manage transportation and records, schedule meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and provide administrative support to management. The role also involves liaising with suppliers and external stakeholders while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. Applicants should be detail-oriented, professional, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Candidates currently located in the UAE will be given preference.

Candidate Requirements

a. Female candidate.
b. Fluency in both English and Russian (spoken and written) is mandatory.
c. Previous experience in office administration, office coordination, or a similar role.
d. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
e. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
f. Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
g. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
h. Ability to multitask and work independently.
