Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
•Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas.
•Serve refreshments (tea, coffee, water, etc.) to staff and guests as required.
•Assist in organizing and maintaining the pantry, ensuring supplies are stocked and well-organized.
•Handle errands such as purchasing office supplies or minor office-related tasks.
•Support office staff with basic administrative tasks as needed, such as photocopying or filing doents.
•Monitor and report on office supply inventory, ensuring timely replenishment.
•Provide a warm and professional demeanor when interacting with employees and visitors.
Requirements:
•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
•Good communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to multitask and work independently.
•A professional and approachable attitude.
•Basic knowledge of office hygiene and maintenance.
