Job Description

- Provide administrative and secretarial support.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing Submittals and correspondence of all project-related documents.
- File and maintain incoming and outgoing documents.
- Maintaining paper workflow such as; organizing, storing, and properly distributing documents and correspondences.
- Placed order for office supplies and office equipment
- Prepares reports. Handles phone calls and inquiries
- Document control for small live operational projects
- Operational and Maintenance Manuals
- Design administration


Candidate Requirements

- A friendly and confident personality.
- Smart appearance.
- Good spoken and written communication skills.
- The ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Ability to be polite but firm when dealing with different kinds of people.- Good organizational skills.
- Good IT skills
- Total salary: 3 to 3.5K
- Leave: 24 working days + company ticket to home country every 12 months served
- Medical insurance
