The Office Receptionist is the first point of contact for our company, responsible for creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all visitors, clients, and employees. This role manages the front desk operations and provides essential administrative support across the organization.
Front Desk & Visitor Management
Greeting and Directing: Warmly greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests. Determine the purpose of their visit and direct them to the appropriate person or meeting room promptly.
Security: Follow security procedures by monitoring the visitor logbook, issuing temporary badges, and ensuring guests are properly signed in and out.
Communication: Answer, screen, and forward all incoming phone calls and emails to the correct staff member efficiently. Manage the general office email inbox.
Correspondence: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and courier packages. Arrange outgoing mail and courier services as needed.
