Candidate Requirements

We are looking for Office Secretary

Maintain a proper and user friendly filling and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents.
Perform secretarial duties to the Managing Director.
Strong personality. Can work under pressure.
Arranging couriers
Keeping the reception area tidy
Answering and forwarding phone calls
Screening phone calls
should have good command over English
who is very well versed in English Communications, MS Office and Marketing strategy.
