We are currently seeking an organized and dedicated Legal Secretary Administrative Assistant to support our attorneys and contribute to the smooth functioning of our team.
Position Overview
This position will support our legal team by managing a range of essential administrative and secretarial duties. The role requires attention to detail, respect for confidentiality, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Doent Management: Prepare, proofread, and format legal doents, contracts, and correspondence as directed by attorneys, ensuring accuracy and compliance with firm standards.
Calendar & Meeting Coordination: Schedule appointments and manage attorneys’ calendars for effective time management.
Client Relations: Engage professionally with clients, respond to inquiries, and keep attorneys updated on client needs.
File & Record Maintenance: Organize and maintain both physical and electronic files, managing confidential client information securely.
Billing & Invoicing: Support attorneys in the billing process by preparing invoices and following up on payments.
Office Support: Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, handling mail, and managing office supplies.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years as a Legal Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role within a law firm or corporate environment.
Skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is advantageous.
