We are looking for Operation Assistance Manager with Food and Beverage experience background to hire for our Water Factory. It is poised for growth, but we need an assistant manager to support our senior management team along the way. Because we are known for exceptional customer experiences, we are looking for an assistant manager who can be the face of our company, providing attentive service at every turn. Our ideal candidate will be well-versed in all areas of business, with specialized skills in interviewing, scheduling, delegating, and motivating. He or she will be an inspiring team member ready to ensure productivity and quality performance to achieve our long-term company vision.
• Plan, develop and implement the activity and excursion program.
• Control the costs of the activity and excursion program, supplying financial information to the accounts department as necessary
• Analyze all operations and forward suggestions for improvement to the Manager
• Design and develop marketing materials and staff training materials
• Process paperwork, invoices, and reports from center staff, venues, and suppliers
• Previous experience in a similar role min 7 years.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Monitor performance and report on progress
• Adhere to department policies and procedures
