Manage and maintain accounts, including invoicing, billing, and reconciliation.
Follow up on receivables and ensure timely collection of payments.
Prepare and send statements of account to clients as needed.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and account balances.
Handle stock management, including inventory control, replenishment, and monitoring stock levels.
Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Negotiate terms and agreements with vendors to optimize cost-effectiveness and quality.
Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Provide support to the management team as needed.
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
Ability to deal with clients
Language: English and Hindi
