performance, and providing feedback, development and coaching to develop staff capabilities and meet work
objectives.Coordinate the development and implementation of systems, curriculum, programs, grading, and procedures to
ensure the Centre exhibits the highest standards of operations and safety.
Requirements:Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role.Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.Experience budgeting and forecasting.Familiarity with business and financial principles.Excellent communication skills.Leadership ability.Outstanding organizational skills.Degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field.Experience in Sports, Fitness or Entertainment is a must.
