The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in manufacturing operation's management.
Responsibilities
• Improve the operational system, processes and policies in support of organization's mission specifically.
• Support better management reporting, information flow and management, business processes and organizational planning.
• Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business function
• Oversee overall planning system and controls and development of individual project budget with its timeline
• Ensure Good Manufacturing practice, legal and regulatory compliance
• Ensure smooth flow of logistics and manage complete maintenance of plant and machinery
• Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
• Manage the daily functions of the business
• Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
• Manage budget to align with goals of business
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in operations management, Business administration or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing operations management position.
• Strong budget development and oversight skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong ability to multitask
• Comfort working with multiple groups within business
