Job Description

Operation Supervisor

An Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, and managing teams to achieve company goals. Their duties typically include:1. Operational Management

Supervising daily business activities and ensuring smooth workflow.
Implementing operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimizing productivity.
2. Team Leadership & Management

Managing and coaching employees to ensure high performance.
Assigning tasks and ensuring team members meet deadlines.
Handling scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations.
3. Quality Control & Compliance

Ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
Conducting quality checks to maintain high standards.
Identifying operational risks and implementing corrective actions.
4. Inventory & Resource Management

Overseeing inventory levels and ensuring proper stock management.
Coordinating with local purchasing and vendors for smooth supply chain operations.
Managing equipment maintenance and operational resources.
5. Customer Service & Issue Resolution

Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and complaints.
Coordinating with different departments to resolve operational issues.
Implementing customer service improvements based on feedback.
Supervise Service department performance
6. Reporting & Doentation

Preparing reports on operational performance, costs, and challenges.
Maintaining accurate records for audits and compliance.
Desired Skills & Experience
5 to 6 year's experience in same field. Qatar driving license is mandatory.
