BriteConsult is hiring an Operator for a full-time position in Qatar. The selected candidate will safely operate and monitor plant equipment, conduct routine inspections, report equipment abnormalities, support preventive maintenance and plant shutdown activities, and ensure compliance with DCS operations, Permit to Work (PTW), Lock-O (LOTO), and plant safety procedures.

a. Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
b. Minimum 6 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Utility Plants.
c. Hands-on experience operating pumps, diesel engines, generators, compressors, blowers, valves, piping, and heat exchangers.
d. Knowledge of DCS operations, Plant Isolation, Lock-O (LOTO), and Permit to Work (PTW) procedures.
e. Good English communication skills (spoken, written, and reading).
