5.Installation and use of communication tools available to databases.
6.Linking programs to databases and downloading software and tools for databases.
7.Provide technical support to users and programmers.
8.ERP EBS Database and Application Support
9.Update Oracle Test Servers (ERP)
10.Follow up on ERP work in terms of efficiency, speed, connectivity and security.
11.ERP system update through updates from the manufacturer (patch or upgrade)
12.Solve technical problems related to the monitors or basic reports of the ERP system, open support requests for Oracle and follow up the solution.
13.Follow up the work of the order sequence within the ERP system and improve its performance
14.Provide technical support to system consultants, programmers and users
