• To be responsible for supervising approximately 70 staff members of the Palace
• To follow up and execute all tasks and instructions given by the family
• To Oversee the activities of the staffs
• Supervising all parties & functions
• To be responsible for assigning duties to staff and schedule shifts
• To check for any maintenance required in the palace and informing the concerned about the same.
• To Inspect Palace for cleanliness, maintenance, and appearance and also supervising maintenance, supplies, renovations, and furnishings.
• To manage and maintain effective use of all house equipment.
• To observe and monitor workers performance to make sure that they deliver the best according to the highest level of standards and hygiene
• To review the daily menu in the staff kitchen. Suggestions to be given for any change after coordinating with HR.
• Assure efficient use of food supplies and usage.
• Ensuring staff passports are returned to HR after their return from lea
Ensuring all palace vehicles are being used properly by the concerned drivers and are fully maintained
