Candidate will report to the General Counsel
Candidate will work closely with the legal team to provide legal support with corporate governance, compliance, and contracts. Responsibilities will include legal research, doent drafting and review, maintaining corporate records, and supporting legal initiatives within the Dubai regional office.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Paralegal Studies
- Previous experience working as a paralegal or legal assistant in a corporate legal department or law firm is a plus
- Good knowledge of legal English terminology and concepts
- Strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, and legal principles
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills in Arabic
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software
