Job Description of a Personal Assistant
Ultimately, the duties of a Personal Assistant can be extremely broad and vary:
• Personal assistant supports in a day to day work, including daily administration, calendar management ensuring all appointments, meetings and other demands are well-scheduled.
• Manages high-volume of travel schedule including booking flights, accommodation and ground transportation.
• Travelling for work and personal trips included to the USA, Europe, India, UK, UAE and other places.
• Assist in handling of jewelry, diamonds, safety, ID collection, storage, logistics, miscellaneous errands and organization.
• Compiling and submitting reports whenever required.
• Coordinates projects by capturing timelines and delivering progress updates.
• Will serve as security for photo shoot events — hours flexible and need based depending on job.
• Performing personal errands as required.
• Drafting correspondence such as emails and letters.
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
**Preferably European candidate
• With at least minimum 5 years of experience working as Personal Assistant
• Proven ability to manage a flexible schedule
• Exemplary planning and time management skills
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Maintain Professional discretion
• Proactive Problem Solver
