Prepare daily schedules for the manager, including meetings, breaks, lunch, and commitments.
Answer incoming calls and messages whenever the Managing Director is busy in a timely and efficient manner.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and se to emails on time.
Coordinate travel accommodations, including ground travel, air travel, and hotel stays.
As personal assistant you might require going along on business trips with the Managing Director.
To go along on a meeting if needed with Clients all over UAE, other GCC and Malaysia if required.
Participate in highly confidential meetings and provide accurate records, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meeting.
Working hours is flexible, it depends on Managing Director Schedule.
· Prepare analysis report and inputs for marketing and sales activities.
· Represent and support the Managing Director in all his duties, but not limited to marketing and sales activities.
· Share the responsibilities of the Managing Director, wherever and whenever needed to release the pressure of responsibilities as required.
· Manage, monitor, and follow up the social media related to the company.

Additional Task
Complete personal tasks of General Manager, such as clothes pressing, making restaurant reservations, coffee, and scheduling all personal appointments.
Complete additional duties and assisting with home duties like groceries if required only.
