Key Responsibilities
Executive Support (PA): Manage C calendars, schedule meetings, handle emai, and arrange travel itineraries.
Office Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including vendor relationships, facility maintenance, and office supplies.
Administration: Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence. Maintain records, files, and doents.
Finance Support: Handle expense reporting, invoice processing, and manage petty cash.
Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between staff and senior management, following up on commitments.
