RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments
2. Arranging travel, visas and accommodation, and occasionally travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations
3. Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
4. Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager
5. Carrying out background research and presenting findings
6. Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
THE CANDIDATE MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:
1. ONLY CHINESE MALE NEED TO APPLY
2. With valid U.A.E. Driving license
3. Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
4. Can speak english is preferred but not mandatory
5. Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
6. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
7. Outstanding organisational and time management skills
8. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
9. Discretion and confidentiality
