Manage and maintain their schedules, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
Ø Prepare and organize doents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Ø Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
Ø Maintain and organize files, records, and databases.
Ø Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Ø Draft and edit doents, letters, memos, and reports.
Ø Be proficient in office software and tools, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, and email.
Ø Good command of both spoken and written English
Ø Preferably Female, Asian Nationality.

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
• Female candidates based in Qatar.
