The selected candidate will develop, update, and monitor project schedules, analyze project progress, prepare recovery plans, and generate detailed performance reports using Primavera P6 and Power BI. The role also involves coordinating with project teams to optimize schedules and support successful delivery of major construction projects. a. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
b. 3–5 years of experience in Planning Engineering and Project Controls.
c. Strong proficiency in Primavera P6.
d. Experience in developing, updating, and maintaining project schedules.
e. Hands-on experience with Cost Loading and Resource Loading using Primavera P6.
f. Ability to prepare Recovery Plans, Revised Schedules, and Project Baselines.
g. Experience preparing Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports.
h. Proficiency in Power BI for dashboards and project performance reporting.
i. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
j. Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
