The selected candidate will supervise daily plant operations, coordinate maintenance and production activities, monitor equipment performance, ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards, allocate work to plant personnel, oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, prepare operational reports, coordinate with engineers and maintenance teams, and ensure efficient plant performance while minimizing operational downtime.

a. Proven experience as a Plant Supervisor in Oil & Gas, EPC, industrial, or heavy construction projects.
b. Strong knowledge of plant operations, maintenance procedures, and equipment management.
c. Experience supervising plant operators, technicians, and maintenance personnel.
d. Good understanding of HSE regulations, operational safety, and quality management systems.
e. Ability to coordinate maintenance schedules and optimize plant performance.
f. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
g. Ability to work under pressure and ensure continuous, safe, and efficient plant operations.
