- Manage all government-related activities, including license, visa processing, renewals, and cancellations.
- Handle employee work permits, visas, and medicals in compliance with Bahraini regulations.
- Coordinate with government bodies for labor-related formalities and ensure compliance with local laws.
- Represent the company during inspections and audits.
- Ensure timely renewal of company registrations, licenses, and other legal doents.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and doentation processes for new hires.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and personal files.
- Assist in resolving employee concerns and queries regarding HR policies.
- Process payroll inputs ,overtime, employee leave payment and final settlement.
- Prepare reports and maintain records related to PRO and HR activities.
- Stay updated on changes to labor laws and advise the company accordingly.
