We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Process Coordinator / Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director in daily operations. The ideal candidate has excellent planning, communication, and multitasking skills, and can handle sensitive information with diplomacy and discretion.
Responsibilities:
• Manage complex calendars, appointments, travel plans, expense reports, and correspondence
• Screen and route inquiries addressed to the MD and coordinate with internal teams
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, presentations, and record minutes
• Summarize and present project updates to assist in decision-making
• Ensure smooth communication between the MD’s office and other departments
• Draft, edit, and finalize internal and external communications
• Research, prioritize, and follow up on sensitive and confidential matters
• Handle conflicting priorities and take initiative within scope
• Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and doentation
• Exercise sound judgment in matters of importance to management
Qualifications & Experience:
• Commerce Graduate – Freshers or experienced candidates welcome
• Strong computer skills (Advanced MS Office, VC tools, etc.)
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Professional, friendly, and approachable personality
• Clear communicator with a results-oriented approach
