Job Description:
To own the responsibility for the End to End Busine Process and Work Instructions. And to assess the existing business processes automated on different support systems and identify the impacted processes and it is needed to be redesigned. Also, prepare the unified solution high and low-level designs showing what exactly to be implemented to achieve the goal of having one unified service management solution that consolidate the existing service support systems used in IT, network & operation.
- Ensure the processes are, and remain, fit for purpose and that measurements and reporting are in place and monitored.
- To ensure all processes within the assigned scope are developed and documented in accordance with the corporate standards and are available on the Commercial Process Repository.
