Fulltime position - Production Officer in Oman
Summary: This role requires overseeing & directing the entire production plan of a particular shift for the organization as per the production plan. Also, to ensure smooth production as per the quality standards & guidelines by managing men, machine & materials.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Efficient Execution of the shift plan
•Work closely with the sales department, understand the production requirement SKU wise, follow the production plan
•Allocate people to the production line as required by the daily production plan.
•Resolving day to day production related issues
•Effective planning of Variety change overs
•Making shift wise production report.
Maintaining Line efficiency and Productivity standards
•Ensure all food safety procedures are applied (HACCP) during the production
•Monitor raw and finished product quality before and throughout the shift
•Maintain plant hygiene
Qualification and Experience
•Graduate with Food Technology
•3-4 years of experience in food industries and at least 2-3 years in a Biscuit Manufacturing Organization
•Knowledge of Biscuit production process, Computer Skills, Report writing and analytical skills
•Excellent Leadership Skills with problem solving approach
•Positive attitude towards work
•Effective Communication, coaching, counseling, coordinating and implementation skills
