• Minimum 5 years pet grooming experience
• Ambitious, patient, and passionate about working with animals
• Reliable, well-organized with excellent time management skills

• Practice good hygiene of the workplace and environment
• Willing to do overtime when needed
• Must have proven track record
Skills & Competencies
• Grooming skills
• The ability to groom different breeds of pets including dogs, cats, birds and rabbits according to their hair types.
• Various styles for specific breeds.
• On-trend styles that customers might request for different coat types and their individual needs.
• Interpersonal skills - The ability to manage custom handling for on spontaneous issues.
• Analytical skills - The ability to assess the behavior and condition of each pet.
• Physical and mental stamina - The ability to groom large, overly excited, or frightened pets without injuring the animals or getting hurt yourself.
• Familiarity with animal behavior - The ability to determine an animal's behavior and use techniques, such as a treat, to keep them calm and safe.
• Common Animal Health knowledge - The ability to recognize common illnesses, such as skin disorders, watery eyes and nose possibly due to allergies, or a sprain.
• Good Work Attics - Must be punctual, honest, dedicated and friendly
