-Manage the interior fit-out works for all type of projects especially medical projects
-Develop a Bill Of Quantities (BOQ) based on standard forms
-Ensure project completion within the agreed schedule and budget
-Develop a procurement and time schedule for each project
-Ensure the proper coordination with all stakeholders
-Ensure timely completion of the project within the approved budgets and without compromising on Quality & Safety
-Monitor progress against the project plan and keep the client updated on the progress taking quick corrective action where required
-Lead and manage a team of site enginee to oversee the daily site works and to achieve the required goals
-Coordinate on a regular basis with the Landlo's Coordinators
