We’re hiring a Project Manager to act as the right hand of the company owner — someone who can lead our site teams, ensure quality delivery, manage client expectations, and keep everything moving on schedule.
Coordinate and schedule the work of all on-site teams (MEP, joinery, civil, finishes, etc.)
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure high-quality execution of all works
Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met
Handle all client communication throughout the project lifecycle
Prepare and review project schedules, progress reports, and action plans
Identify risks or delays early and provide proactive solutions
Work closely with procurement, accounts, and design teams to ensure smooth execution
Attend site meetings, quality walkthroughs, and handovers
