Job Description

Individual will be responsible for managing projects. Ensures the project is completed on time and within budget, that the project's objectives are met and that everyone else is doing their job properly. Project manager is to oversee the project to ensure the desired result is achieved, the most efficient resources are used, and the different interests involved are satisfied.
1.      Represent and interface with the CEO to achieve the desired project at a competitive price, on schedule, and at the desired quality.
2.      Coordinate with the Architect, Contractor, and other project team members to meet the project objectives and resolve issues at all project stages.
3.      Develop, manage, and analyze the project schedule showing design, permitting, approvals, construction and fit-up.
4.      Assist in preparing estimates or supporting our in-house estimator by gathering budget and costs for the various portions of the project.
5.      Participate in value engineering sessions to help modify the design to reduce cost.
6.      Reviews progress of project throughout the department.
7.      Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
8.      Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
9.      Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
10.  Making sure that all the aims of the project are met.
11.  Making sure the quality standards are met.
12.  Monitoring contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained.
13.  To make a site visit with all the shop drawings and the head of the team for all mechanical and electrical points checkup, to make sure that the equipment will pass through the available openings and corridors, if not to find a solution with the person in charge at the site.
14.  After site inspection, to compare the shop drawings with the actual site, to mention the discrepancies to the main contractor (or client) in order to adjust all the points as per requirement.
15.  Ensure all equipment is safely on site, and to send the installation team with all the materials; and start the installation work with time schedule (installation period) and with work planning (progression of work: moving equipment inside the building to their location, removing the boxes, positioning, stacking empty cartons and boxes in one place, area must be clean and safe for everyone).
16.  Supervise the installation team and ensure the safety of the equipment and quality of installation.
17.  Responsible for the Testing and Commissioning of the Equipment.
18.  Kitchen or FOH handing over to end user, with all the necessary paper work.
