About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Site Manager to oversee joinery and interior fit-out projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead and manage joine projects from concept to handover
•Coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers
•Prepare project schedules, budgets, and progress reports
•Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
•Manage site teams and subcontractors effectively
•Solve problems quickly to avoid delays
Requirements:
•Proven experience in project management within joine or construction
•Technical knowledge of materials, finishes, and fit-out processes
•Strong organizational and leadership skills
•Excellent communication and client handling abilities
•Proficiency in project management softwa
•Degr in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management (preferred)
