Job Summary
Looking for established or mid-level Real estate agents who are currently working in Dubai real estate and are looking for a new challenge in a commission-only role. You must be self-motivated, passionate about your work.
Applicants must:
• List and market properties for sale or rent.
• Advise selle on market conditions, values and property legislation.
• Be able to qualify potential buye.
• Conduct viewings with clients and follow up.
• Negotiate offers and contract negotiation.
• Maintain regular contact with all clients.
• Have current market knowledge
• Be well aware of ongoing Real Estate development projects for sale clients
Company will provide
• Visa and medical insurance.
• Advertisement portals for posting ads
• Inventory and leads
• Front desk assistant support
• Up to 30 days’ holiday per year plus bank holidays.
• Tiered commission structure from 50 to 70% for top performers.
Requirements
• Ability to convert leads into sales.
• At least 1 year's Dubai real estate experience.
• Certificates - RERA license desirable.
• Other - UAE car license essential.
• Nationality Preference - Any
