As a consultant in our company, you’ll hit the ground running with sales and marketing tools, online resources, and lead generation, so you have everything you need to succeed in this industry. Responsibilities:
· Staying up to date with the Estate market rules and regulations
· Able to hit and exceed targets set by the company
· Actively promote the company’s services
· Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them property consultancy services
· Maintain regular contact with Developers, landlords, investors, tenants and owners to find new opportunities and assess existing ones
· Attend property viewings with prospective buyers and tenants
· Provide excellent customer service
· Monitor the property market to watch out for new and old properties up for sale.
· Give clients recommendations and advice on appropriate property investments to make.
· Maintain a database of commercial, industrial, and residential properties available on the property market
