Job description:Assisting clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions.Finding clients in need of consultancy services through cold-calling, advertising, and business presentations.Analysing market trends and demographics to identify the most sought-after and profitable areas.Consulting with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns.Maintaining an extensive database of all properties for sale.Developing strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to sell.Conducting negotiations with real estate agents on behalf of clients.
Property Consultant Requirements:Experience of Min. 1 Year in Dubai Real Estate (Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson)Ability to work with TARGETS and COMMISSION BASIS.Sound knowledge of Dubai real estate market.Passionate, punctual and Team playerExcellent communication, presentation and strong negotiation skills ·Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal & analytical skills.Effective communication skills.Exceptional customer service skills.Ability to work under pressure in a highly competitive environment.Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets best practices.Must have UAE driving license
