Location: Trade Centre 1, Sheikh Zayed Road. Dubai
This is a commission-based role with an excellent commission structure for the right candidates.

Responsibilities:
* Generate sales to the company
* Generate client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property.
* Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
* Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.
* Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information on location, features, square footage, etc.
* Show properties to potential buyers and renters.
* Present purchase offers to sellers.
* Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
* Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
Fluent in speaking English (Multi language speaker is an advantage)
2. Excellent communication skills, along with a confident persuasive personality
3. Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a fast learner
4. Having good time management and organizational skills
5. Having experience in the real estate industry is required (at least 1 year) / strong background knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate market
6. Available in Dubai
7. Willing to join immediately
Must have at least 1-year experience in Real Estate in Dubai
Tele-calling skills
Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills are highly required
High follow up with clients is required
Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently
Must be ambitious and hard-working, strong work ethic, professional, organized, and presentable are highly required
