Key Responsibilities
•Client Consultation:
Meet with clients to understand their property requirements, financial goals, and preferences.
•Market Research:
Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, assess property values, and find suitable investment opportunities.
•Property Sourcing:
Assist clients in finding suitable properties, including off-plan projects, through research and networking.
•Property Showings:
Schedule and conduct property viewings and inspections for potential buyers or tenants.
•Negotiation:
Mediate and negotiate property transactions between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible terms for clients.
•Doentation:
Prepare and review all necessary doentation, including sales and lease agreements, contracts, and other relevant paperwork.
•Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
•Marketing:
Promote available properties to potential buyers and renters through various channels.
•Administrative Tasks:
Maintain client records in a CRM, update listings, and manage the overall transaction process.
