Independent role. Candidate will be required to work in various locations in Dubai generating property leads based on management's criteria. Candidate will have to be well spoken in English and ideally Arabic. The role will involve negotiations on owner's behalf and the readying of quarterly deal flow in specific territories for management.
The role will require constant commuting so candidates with a driving license are prioritized. Commission structures are applicable allowing the candidate to generate a high level of earnings on top of their base salary. Commission is uncapped and dependent on deal flow generated.
Well spoken in English and ideally Arabic
Well presented and organized
Driving license and personal car ideally
Experience in real estate deal making and negotiations
Strong negotiation skills
Independent and self efficient
