Based in Abu Dhabi, we are looking for a young, dynamic and self motivated individual who is able to develop and maintain good relationships with our new and existing tenants. Ensuring, as far as possible, that tenants' complaints and concerns are attended with speedily and satisfactorily. Collection and monitoring of rent payments and preparing documentation in the case of arrears.
Oversee, maintain, and inspect all designated buildings and properties
Coordinate ongoing maintenance and inspections to comply with all relevant laws, codes, and company policies
Select tenants through interviews and background checks
Collect rent, pay invoices, and analyze operating statements
Prepare the annual budget and report on financial performance regularly
Manage on-site staff, and vendor and contractor relationships
Address tenant complaints, violations, and problems
Prepare and maintain all records, correspondence, and files
Establish and maintain relationships with tenants
Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in the Abu Dhabi market. Candidates without prior real estate experience will not be considered
