Monitor market trends and ensure competitive pricing strategies for properties.
Foster relationships with clients, landlords, and developers to expand business opportunities.
Handle complex client queries, disputes, and negotiations to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with all real estate regulations and company policies.
3-4 years of experience in property management or real estate in the UAE.
Must hold a valid UAE visa (own visa/sponsored).
Proven experience in leading a team and managing property portfolios.
Strong understanding of UAE property laws, market trends, and industry practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to drive team performance and achieve sales or leasing targets.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in property management software and CRM tools.
Valid UAE driving licence.
