Position Overview:
As a Proposal Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our sales and business development efforts, ensuring the seamless creation and submission of proposals to potential clients. Additionally, you will be involved in the identification of suppliers, negotiation of prices, and managing the end-to-end quotation process.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to create comprehensive and tailored proposals for potential clients.
Possess a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate technical details and benefits in proposals.
Engage with clients to gather necessary information, clarify requirements, and address inquiries related to proposals.
Work on identifying suppliers based on customer RFQs and negotiate prices to ensure competitive and cost-effective solutions.
Manage the end-to-end quotation process, from submitting quotes to customers to following up on submitted quotes.
Work closely with relevant departments to accurately estimate project costs and provide detailed cost breakdowns in proposals.
Prepare and maintain doentation related to proposals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
Manage proposal deadlines, ensuring timely submission and adherence to client specifications.
